Travel distance + travel time + appointment time + # of stamps = Total price

Mileage Cost = Miles x $.65/mile |
Driving Time = $30/hour |
Appointment Time = $30/hour, 30 minute blocks |
Notarial Acts = $10/stamp |
Example: 20 miles roundtrip ($13) | Drive Time 50 minutes ($25) | 30 minute session ($15) | 1 stamps ($10) |Total = $63 + Tax.
Extra costs:
1. After hours and weekends: +$25
1. Medical facilities, residential facilities: +$25
2. Document scanning, copying, mailing: +$2 / page
3. I supply witnesses: $25 each witness
